Signatures from composing Flanders is the second Fingerprints CD. Twenty-five compositions from twenty-three contemporary classical composers who set their stamp on the classical music of today: Bart Verstraeten, Koen Dejonghe, Felix Vermeirsch, Benjamien Lycke, Bart Vanderbeke, Ward De Vleeschhouwer, Andr\u00e9 Laporte, Felix Ceunen, Eddy Flecijn, Arne M. Gunst, Pieter Schuermans, Michiel De Malsche, Liesbeth Decrock, Liselotte Sels, Gilbert Isbin, Dirk Verbrugghe, Kris De Baerdemacker, Kris Oelbrandt, Stephane Vande Ginste, Sebastian Bradt, Bart Van Kerckhove, Johan Sluys and Annelies Van Parys.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fingerprints wants to highlight contemporary music for national and international music professionals and for classical musical enthusiasts. This edition is the result of a project initiated by Componisten Archipel Vlaanderen (ComAV) for the promotion of contemporary classical music in Flanders. The recordings of the selected compositions were made by Klara in its own studios with the cream of Flanders\u2019 young talent; Flanders Arts Institute \u2013 support organisation for music in Flanders \u2013 realised the design, production and international distribution of this CD with the support of SABAM for Culture.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
